We offer specialized, professional services in indoor air testing; whether that be testing for mold, asbestos, or radon.

Radon Mitigation - If a house has too high of a level of concentration in radon, we will install a radon mitigation unit to drastically reduce the concentration level, making it relatively safer.

House Cleaning - Odors, molds, dust mites, volatile organic compounds - all these can be found in a messy/dirty, disorganized house. We at Simon Air Quality will clean houses in order to reduce the indoor air contaminants, which means healthier breathing.

Furnace Cleaning - When dust, mold, dirt, and soot build up in the furnace, the furnace needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Without a proper cleaning, these harmful pollutants will get distributed throughout the house via the ventilation system, and thus lowering the overall indoor air quality. Simon Air Quality will have a licensed HVAC technician come and clean the furnace, leaving it shiny and clean.
